Raas Capital has synthesized data from a vast array of sources to create a simple but powerful online tool. While CMBS loans are one source, they make up less than 30% of our troubled asset data. The majority of distressed commercial property information comes from our own commercial transaction data, title records and other public files. The database has information on both securitized and non-securitized mortgages as well as additional property types that Raas Capital has not traditionally tracked.

  • Lender REO: where a lender has taken property via foreclosure
